You can’t pour from an empty cup,
take care of yourself first.

1 in 26 families in the United States have a child who has been diagnosed with special needs. Regardless of the developmental challenges, ranging from processing delay to physical handicaps, parents need more support mentally, physically and financially. You may find many of your relationships, including with your life partner and other family members become strained as the focus is shifted to the special needs child.

In the process of helping your Special Needs child, moms often lose themselves. But there is hope and a new way to cope. With my support as your coach, you can get your life back. There are 55 million individuals with one or more developmental disabilities, I want to partner alongside you and lift you up. My areas of focus are:

  • Self Care
  • Emotional Support
  • Creating a sustainable action plan that encourages family unity, financial support and relief from stress.
